For the record, this Court is also very sympathetic to the health condition and hardship experienced by the Appellant, but the provisions of law are clear. After considering both parties' submissions and the SOCSO Appellate Board’s Grounds of Judgment dated 17.06.2025, this Court finds that the reasons and facts of the entire case justifies the conclusion set forth below: (i) the Social Security Appellate Board did not make an appealable error; and (ii) the appeal is dismissed without costs and the decision of the Social Security Appellate Board is hereby upheld.
