At the conclusion of the hearing of Enclosure 15 on 28 October 2025, this Court allowed the main relief sought by the Plaintiff but dismissed the alternative relief. In particular, the Court declined to grant the Plaintiff’s alternative prayer for general damages, aggravated damages and/or exemplary and/or punitive damages to be fixed and/or assessed by the Court and to be paid immediately by the Defendant. 1 3.
