This is an appeal by the Appellant (“Defendant”) against the Sessions Court’s decision dated 24 September 2024 which allowed the Respondent’s (“Plaintiff”) claim for RM401,582.00, with interest and costs. 1 2. The Defendant appealed on the grounds that inadmissible documents were wrongly accepted. 1 3. Upon review, this Court finds that the documents were properly admitted under section 90A of the Evidence Act 1950 and that the Plaintiff had proven delivery and acceptance of goods. 1 4. There is no error warranting appellate intervention. 1 5. The appeal is dismissed with costs of RM6,000.00, subject to allocator. 1
