For the reasons above, I dismissed the stay application and the conversion application. I allowed the OS and ordered the Defendants to return the said sum of RM 6,158,481.05 to P. I awarded costs to P in the following sums:- (a) RM 10,000 in respect of the OS; (b) RM 5,000 in respect of the stay application; and (c) RM 5,000 in respect of the conversion application.
