The issue is not whether or not the rule was breached. The issue is whether the fair minded reasonably informed member of the public would conclude that the proper administration of justice required the removal of the solicitor.-The public interest in the administration of justice requires an unqualified perception of its fairness in the eyes of the general public. The goal is not just to protect the interests of the individual litigant but even more importantly to protect public confidence in the administration of justice.-justice would not be seen to be done if-counsel took sides
