The Court allowed striking out the plaintiff's claim on the grounds that, firstly, the Statement of Claim is defective because it lacks a certified Bahasa Melayu translation of the alleged defamatory statements, and secondly, the impugned letter issued by the defendants in their capacity as solicitors is protected by absolute privilege.
