Outcome

For the above reasons, I allow the Plaintiff the right to withdraw the claim against the Defendants but without liberty to file afresh. The Plaintiff is also directed to pay costs to each set of Defendants their costs of RM 50,000.00 for each set of solicitors subject to allocator. I make such orders considering the gravity of the claim, the importance of the subject matter, the advanced stage of the claim and the seniority of Counsel appearing before this Court.
