The applications presently before this Court are two in number. 6. The first is Enclosure 47, which is the Plaintiff’s application to vary and set aside certain terms of the Consent Judgment previously recorded, as reflected in Enclosure 46. 7. The second is Enclosure 68, being the Plaintiff’s application for leave to file the Affidavit in Reply out of time. This application was filed on 14 June 2024 following a change of solicitors.
