(Intervener), filed an appeal and cross appeal to the Judge in Chambers against the decision of the Deputy Registrar (DR) in respect of the assessment of damages pursuant to a High Court Order dated 29.09.2011 (High Court Order). 2. The Court allowed Applicant’s appeal in part. The damages is calculated from 10.03.2011 until 29.09.2011 (High Court Order).
