All three OKT were charged with an offence under section 39B(1)(a) Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 for trafficking 8812.7 grammes of methamphetamine. Prosecution failed made out a prima facie case - there were many flaws in the prosecution's case; in particular the questionable credibility of the material witnesses and the shoddy investigation. All three OKT were acquitted and discharged of the offence without calling for their defence.
