Outcome
Conclusion [30] Based on all the reasons explained above, I find that the Plaintiff has sucessfully established that the contract was unlawfully terminated by the Defendant and as such the Plaintiff’s claim is allowed with costs. [32] On the general and special damages claimed by the Plaintiff, based on the documents produced in this court, I agree that various efforts and money have been spent by the Plaintiff before the Project was abruptly terminated. However, the quantum of the damages must be assessed in a separate trial.
