The AG’ objected to the applications on the grounds that - (i) the Fatwa is not amenable to judicial review by virtue of Article 121(1A) FC; and (ii) the Fatwa is not justiciable as it is an exercise of the royal prerogative. Objections allowed and the applications were dismissed.
